| 正面描述 | Full-length frontal effigy of a standing bishop, vested in ecclesiastical robes, holding a crozier in his right hand and a book in his left. The figure is rendered in the flat, stylized manner characteristic of medieval hammered coinage. A circular legend in Latin script runs between two concentric beaded circles framing the central device. |

Henry IV ruled the March of Istria-Carniola at a moment when the region was deeply entangled in the rivalries between the Babenberg dukes of Austria and the rising power of the Patriarchate of Aquileia. The Gutenwerth mint — situated on an island in the Wörthersee in present-day Carinthia — was one of the few active striking facilities in the eastern Alpine territories during this period, and its output was modest by any measure.
CNA Cj5 is among the scarcer attributions in the Carinthian denarius sequence.
