| Beschrijving keerzijde | A standing or enthroned episcopal figure depicted in high relief, shown in three-quarter or frontal pose, holding what appears to be a crozier or pastoral staff in one hand and raising the other hand in a gesture of benediction. The figure is rendered in the vigorous, somewhat abstracted Romanesque style typical of Friesach-type pfennigs of the Salzburg archbishopric. Flanking foliate or architectural elements are visible at the edges of the irregular flan. No inscription is present; the bold pictorial design fills the entire field. |
