| Obverse description | Half-length frontal effigy of the Patriarch vested in ecclesiastical robes and wearing a mitre, holding a crozier in his right hand and a book in his left. A Latin legend appears in the outer field between two concentric circles. The stylized, flat relief is characteristic of early 13th-century Germanic hammered coinage. |

| Reverse description | Facing bust of a bishop rendered in flat, stylized relief, with a cross flanked by two towers rising above the head. Three pellets appear to each side of the towers, enhancing the architectural framing. The design is contained within a plain line border and an outer beaded circle, consistent with the regional Pfennig tradition of the early 13th century. |
