Obverse description Frontal bust of the Patriarch in episcopal vestments, wearing a mitre surmounted by a patriarchal cross, flanked by two smaller figures or attendants; the effigy is rendered in a flat, archaic Romanesque style characteristic of early 13th-century Austrian bracteate-influenced coinage. The central figure appears bearded, with stylized drapery folds indicated below the bust. The field is unadorned and no legend is present.

Reverse description Frontal facing bust of the Patriarch crowned with a mitre bearing a prominent cross patee at its apex and flanked by two curved ornamental horns; the face is rendered in bold relief with a short beard, and a rosette or brooch ornament appears at the chest. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle bordered by a plain rim, with the hammered flan showing characteristic irregular edges. The reverse is anepigraphic, displaying no legend, consistent with Aquileian pfennig coinage of the early 13th century.
