Reverse description A stylized crenellated fortification wall with five battlemented merlons rendered in bold relief, flanked by two spheres at either side, with an additional crenellated turret or tower rising centrally above the wall. A row of pellets lines the base of the wall. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle and a toothed outer border, in keeping with the Romanesque architectural typology common to Austrian ministerial bracteate-style pfennigs of the early thirteenth century.
