| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse depicts a stylized architectural façade featuring a central structure with an omega-shaped (Ω) arched gateway at its base. Above the gateway rises a central tower surmounted by four stacked, downward-pointing crescent moons. Flanking towers appear on either side, each decorated with two circular pellets at the base and an infinity-symbol (∞) motif beneath a pointed roof, evoking the city gate or castle of Landstraß. The entire architectural composition is enclosed within inner and outer beaded circles, with a circular Latin legend running between the two borders. |

Bernard II ruled Carinthia from 1202 until his death in 1256, and his long tenure produced a comparatively well-documented series of bracteate-style pfennigs for the region — though attribution within the type remains contested among specialists. The CNA reference places this squarely in the Carinthian sequence, but die studies have not resolved whether all coins assigned this span were struck continuously or in discrete bursts tied to fiscal needs.
