| Obverse description | Central device depicts a stylized heraldic eagle displayed, rendered in low relief within a plain inner circle. The eagle occupies the majority of the field, with wings spread and head turned to the right, executed in the angular Gothic manner typical of mid-15th-century Austrian coinage. A partial circular legend in uncial letterforms surrounds the inner circle, reading AL°AR°CX°AVSTR°, referencing Duke Albert VI of Austria. The flan is irregular and slightly clipped at the edges, consistent with hammered production of the period. |

| Reverse description | Central field features a heraldic composition within a plain inner circle, depicting what appears to be a chalice or goblet flanked by two small heraldic beasts, rendered in a flat, schematic Gothic style. The design elements are characteristic of the Neuenburg (Wiener Neustadt) mint of the mid-15th century. A surrounding legend in uncial Latin letterforms reads mOnETA°nOVnEnS, identifying this as a nova moneta of Neustadt. The flan is irregular with characteristic edge fissures from the hammering process. |
