The effigy shows the prince in armour with a lace cravat visible at the truncation. The circular legend reads HONORATVS. III. D.G. PR. MONOECI, separated by pellets, running along the toothed border. |

| Reverse description | Cruciform arrangement of four crowned and interlaced H monograms, each surmounted by a princely crown, with lozenge-shaped ornaments in the four angles between the arms of the cross. A small rosette or central ornament occupies the centre point of the cross. The date 1734 appears at the top of the field, with the pious legend AVXILIVM MEVM A DOMINO (My help is from the Lord) running around the periphery within a toothed border. |
