| 裏面の説明 | A bold six-pointed star (hexagram), formed by two interlocking equilateral triangles in raised relief, dominates the reverse field and surrounds the central circular hole. The points of the star extend nearly to the milled border, with each triangular face rendered in clean, flat relief. The circular legend BRITISH WEST AFRICA is distributed around the upper and lateral periphery of the field, reading within the spaces between the star's points, with the divided date 1920 placed in the lower exergual area between two raised dots, the digits flanking the central hole at the base. A fine beaded or milled inner border frames the design. |
