| Descrizione del rovescio | A short Greek (Maltese-style) cross occupies the central field, with four equal arms boldly struck in a primitive hammered style. In each of the four angles formed by the cross arms, the design alternates between annulets containing a central pellet and trident-like symbols, creating a symmetrical decorative pattern typical of Romanesque episcopal deniers of the Low Countries. A beaded border encircles the design. The peripheral legend +TRAIeCTVM identifies the mint city of Utrecht. |
