Obverse description Central device depicts the Virgin Mary seated and holding the Christ Child, set within an oval beaded border with vegetal ornaments in relief. The denomination mark '2 R' appears twice, in the upper-left and lower-right corners of the square flan with clipped corners. The overall composition is characteristic of Catalan pellofa issues from the chapter of La Seu de Manresa.

Reverse description The reverse displays a faint repeated impression of the same Virgin and Child device in low relief, a result of the double-sided striking technique used for pellofa production. The four corners retain traces of the '2 R' denomination marks, though considerably less defined than on the obverse.
