Reverse description A stepped fire altar with a flaming top occupies the center of the field, adorned with hanging ribbons or fillets on its shaft. Two royal attendants stand flanking the altar, each facing outward with hands raised in a gesture of reverence or ceremony. The figures are depicted in full length with stylized garments, consistent with early Sasanian artistic conventions. A Pahlavi legend runs along the periphery of the reverse field.
