| Obverse description | Draped bust of Yazdgird III facing right, wearing the distinctive Sasanian royal crown surmounted by a korymbos (globular hair bundle) and foliate elements, set within a beaded inner circle. Pahlavi legends flank the royal effigy to the left and right within the border. The portraiture follows the late Sasanian artistic convention of highly stylized facial features, with a prominent nose and eye rendered in low relief. The entire design is enclosed within a double beaded border typical of late Sasanian bronze coinage. |

The regnal year (RY) inscription appears to the left of the altar in Pahlavi script, while the mint abbreviation is placed to the right, both partially legible due to the irregular flan. |
