Obverse description Central device depicts a royal crown rendered in relief within a beaded inner circle. The crown is shown frontally with three visible points and decorative ornamentation typical of Bohemian medieval coinage. A circular legend in uncial Latin characters surrounds the inner circle, reading the royal titulature of Wenceslaus II. The overall style reflects the crude but bold hand-struck artistry characteristic of late 13th to early 14th century Bohemian hammered coinage.

Reverse description Central device features the rampant Bohemian lion passant, depicted with characteristic curled tail and double tail motif, set within a beaded inner circle. The lion is rendered in the bold, stylised manner typical of Přemyslid-era Bohemian coinage. A circular legend in uncial Latin characters surrounds the inner circle, identifying the coin as a Prague Parvus. The field is irregular due to the hand-struck hammered technique employed at the Prague mint.
