Reverse description Central field bearing the Arabic devotional legend 'Mu'izz al-Dunya wa'l-Din' (Glory of the World and the Faith), the regnal epithet of Sultan Kaiqubad, rendered in bold Naskh calligraphy in high relief. The inscription fills the flan in two or three lines, consistent with the compact format of Delhi Sultanate copper coinage. The coin displays the typical irregular, hand-struck flan of a hammered paika, with a plain peripheral border.
