There was no United States federal note of any denomination issued in 1891 bearing a zodiac theme or a "Cancer" series designation — this is a novelty or fantasy item, not a genuine instrument of any monetary authority. The U.S. Treasury's 1891 series produced Silver Certificates and Treasury Notes in denominations up to $1,000; a "One Million Dollar" face value has never existed in American federal currency of any period.
