Opmerkingen

No such note exists. The United States has never issued a one million dollar banknote in any official series — the highest denomination ever produced for public circulation was the $10,000 note, and the $100,000 Gold Certificate of 1934 was a Federal Reserve interbank instrument never released to the public. A "President Series" million-dollar note carrying Lincoln's name is a novelty or fantasy item with no monetary status whatsoever.
