Beschrijving voorzijde	Central upright cross with a stylized tree or foliate branch issuing from its base, the vegetal elements flanking the cross shaft in a symmetrical arrangement. The horizontal legend ARAGON is inscribed across the field on either side of the cross arm, in rough Romanesque lettering. The overall design is characteristic of the crude hammered coinage of the Aragonese kingdom in the late 11th century.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Crude schematic bust of King Pedro I facing left, depicted within a beaded inner circle, with rudimentary facial features and draped shoulders rendered in the rough Romanesque hammered style. A circular Latin legend surrounds the effigy, reading PETRVS REX, identifying the ruler as Peter, King of Aragon and Pamplona. The lettering is irregularly spaced and typical of the primitive die-cutting technique of the period.
