| Beschrijving keerzijde | Bearded bust of king Napad to left, similar in style to the obverse portrait but smaller in execution, consistent with the reduced flan of the obol denomination. The king wears a diademed or crested headdress with curled hair. Aramaic inscription appears in the field around the bust, identifying the ruler. The reverse die is slightly off-center, typical of the irregularly struck small silver coinage of the Persis kingdom. |
