Reverse description Bearded bust of king Napad to left, similar in style to the obverse portrait but smaller in execution, consistent with the reduced flan of the obol denomination. The king wears a diademed or crested headdress with curled hair. Aramaic inscription appears in the field around the bust, identifying the ruler. The reverse die is slightly off-center, typical of the irregularly struck small silver coinage of the Persis kingdom.
