Reverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a crowned royal monogram composed of an interlaced 'C' and Gothic 'T', denoting the reigning authority of the Duchy of Teschen. A Latin circular legend surrounds the central device, terminating with the last two digits of the mint year. The monogram and crown are rendered in the compact, stylised manner characteristic of small-denomination Silesian hammered coinage of the mid-17th century.
