Reverse description Central escutcheon bearing the Árpád dynastic stripes (barry), flanked on either side by a stylized tower or turret. Below a horizontal dotted line in the lower field, a small floral or rosette ornament is depicted. The design is executed in the flat, schematic hammered style typical of early 13th-century Hungarian deniers and obols.
