Reverse description A large amphora (wine jar) with two looped handles occupies the central field, rendered in detailed relief with a ribbed neck and conical body tapering to a pointed foot. The ethnic inscription ΛΑΜΙΕΩΝ appears around the amphora, distributed across the field, identifying the issuing city of Lamia in Thessaly. A small oinochoe (wine jug) is depicted to the right of the amphora, serving as a secondary type. The design is set within a plain circular flan with characteristic flat hammered fabric.
