Obverse description Forepart of a boar advancing to the right, rendered in archaic style with bold, deeply struck relief characteristic of early Arcadian coinage. The animal's bristled back and muscular form are summarily but vigorously depicted. The flan is irregular, as typical of hand-struck coins of this period. The field is plain and unlettered.
