Reverse description The reverse depicts the personification of Victory advancing to the left, her figure rendered in dynamic movement as she carries a large trophy over her right shoulder while dragging a kneeling captive by the hair with her left hand. A Christogram (☧) appears in the left field, reflecting the Christian character of late Roman imperial coinage. The legend SALVS REI-PVBLICAE is distributed in two lines around the design, and the mint mark with officina letter appears in the exergue, identifying the Aquileia mint.
