| Beschrijving keerzijde | Barbarous imitation of the GLORIA ROMANORVM reverse type, depicting the emperor advancing to the right, grasping a kneeling captive by the hair with his right hand and bearing a labarum in his left. A wreath appears in the left field, with a pellet on A (officina mark) in the right field. The design faithfully copies the official Thessalonican prototype but exhibits crude execution with distorted proportions and degenerate lettering, as is typical of unofficial imitative coinage of the late 4th century. |
