The die work is typical of the Maxentian Rome mint, with a bold, well-centred portrait occupying the majority of the flan.

背面描述	A tetrastyle domed mausoleum-temple depicted in three-quarter perspective, its large double doors shown slightly ajar, symbolising the passage to the divine realm. Atop the dome stands an eagle facing right with head turned left, representing the apotheosis and consecration of Romulus. The reverse legend AETERNAE MEMORIAE, meaning 'to the eternal memory', encircles the design, reflecting the commemorative and consecratory nature of the issue. The mint mark RBP appears in the exergue, denoting the first officina of the Rome mint. The overall composition is consistent with the consecratio coinage struck under Maxentius in honour of his deified son.
