Reverse description The Genius of the Roman People (Genius Populi Romani) standing facing left, nude save for a chlamys draped over the left shoulder, wearing a modius (grain measure) on his head. He extends a patera in his right hand for libation and holds an overflowing cornucopiae in his left arm. The figure stands on a low base, with the Latin legend distributed around the periphery and the mintmark RQ (denoting the fourth officina of the Rome mint) inscribed in the exergue.
