| Obverse description | Laureate head of Maximinus Daia facing right, rendered in the late Tetrarchic style with strong, angular facial features and a short beard. The emperor's hair is depicted in fine engraved stripes beneath the laurel wreath, with a prominent ear and characteristic heavy jaw typical of Diocletianic-era portraiture. The circular Latin legend runs clockwise around the effigy within a beaded border. A small flan crack is visible at the left edge of the coin. |

| Reverse description | Concordia, wearing a modius on her head and clad in a long draped garment, stands facing left. She leans upon a long scepter held in her right hand while her left hand holds a horizontal fold of drapery. An officina numeral appears in the right field, and the mintmark of the Siscia mint, together with the officina letter, is inscribed in the exergue. The legend CONCORDI-A IMPERII runs around the upper periphery within a beaded border, proclaiming the harmony of the empire. |
