Obverse description Draped and cuirassed bust of Licinius II as Caesar facing right, the head laureate with a wreath of bay leaves. The portrait conveys the youthful features of the junior emperor, rendered in the late Constantinian style with bold, slightly stylised modelling. The encircling Latin legend reads LICINIVS IVN NOB C, identifying Licinius Junior as Noble Caesar, interrupted by a dotted border.

Reverse description Central field contains the votive inscription VOT V arranged in two lines within a laurel wreath tied at the base, symbolising the fulfilment of vows for the fifth anniversary of the Caesar's reign. The wreath is finely engraved with individual leaves clearly delineated. The surrounding legend CAESARVM NOSTRORVM encircles the design, honouring the Caesars of the empire. In the exergue, the mint mark ΔSIS identifies the fourth officina of the Siscia mint.
