Reverse description Within a finely rendered laurel wreath tied at the base, the votive inscription VOT V appears in two lines across the centre of the field, commemorating the five-year vows (quinquennalia) of the Caesar. A pellet or star appears above the wreath at its apex. The surrounding circular legend reads CAESARVM NOSTRORUM, referencing the imperial Caesars collectively. The mintmark TS∈VI is inscribed in the exergue within a rectangular cartouche, identifying the sixth officina of the Thessalonica mint.
