Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Licinius I facing right, depicted with a laureate radiate crown, the cuirass ornamented with decorative detailing visible at the shoulder. The emperor's portrait is rendered in the late Roman tetrarchic style, with bold, stylized facial features. The encircling Latin legend reads IMP LICI-NIVS AVG, identifying the emperor as supreme commander and Augustus. The flan is irregularly shaped, as typical of hammered nummi of this period.
