He holds a Victory on a globe in his extended right hand and a long sceptre in his left. To his lower left, a captive figure kneels or crouches at his feet, and to his lower right, an eagle with spread wings stands on a thunderbolt. The reverse value mark XIII appears in the right field. The circumferential legend IOVI CONS-ERVATORI encircles the design, and the officina mark SMKΓ appears in the exergue, identifying the 3rd officina of the Cyzicus mint.
