Reverse description The Genius of the Roman People stands facing left in the centre of the field, depicted nude or semi-draped, wearing a modius (grain measure) on his head. He holds a patera in his right hand, from which he pours a libation, and bears a cornucopia in his left arm, symbolising abundance. A star appears to the left in the field. The mint mark PLN, identifying the Londinium mint, is placed in the exergue. The encircling legend GENIO POP ROM is distributed around the reverse field, all within a beaded border.
