| Beschrijving voorzijde | Right-facing bust of the young emperor Flavius Victor, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed, rendered in the late Roman imperial style typical of the Theodosian period. The effigy displays a youthful physiognomy consistent with Victor's status as a junior co-emperor elevated by his father Magnus Maximus. The circling obverse legend reads D N FL VICTOR P F AVG, interrupted by the bust. Flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, consistent with small late Roman nummus coinage. |
