Obverse description Draped bust of Fausta, Augusta, facing right, with elaborately waved and layered hair arranged in the distinctive court fashion of the Constantinian period, dressed in an imperial mantle. The effigy is rendered in low relief with fine linear detailing in the hair and drapery folds, characteristic of the Treveri mint workshop. The Latin legend is divided across the obverse field, identifying the empress by her full titles.
