The encircling legend reads CAESARVM NOSTRORVM, commemorating the quinquennial vows of the Caesars. A small mint mark appears in the exergue below the wreath. The overall composition is typical of the Constantinian votive type, emphasizing dynastic piety and the formal renewal of imperial vows.
