Beschrijving voorzijde Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantius II facing right, wearing a pearl diadem with visible rosette detail. The emperor is depicted in a three-quarter view, with elaborate drapery over the cuirass rendered in fine relief. The legend CONSTANTI-VS P F AVG runs around the periphery, identifying the emperor as pious and fortunate Augustus. The portrait exhibits the characteristic elongated facial features and rigid stylization typical of Constantinian-era imperial coinage from the Siscia mint.

Beschrijving keerzijde Two Victories standing facing one another, each holding a wreath in the outstretched hand and a palm frond in the other, with a small altar or votive shield set between them at center. The composition reflects the dual Victory type introduced for the Victories of the Augusti. The legend VICTORIAE DD AVGG Q NN — referring to the Victories of our two Lords the Augusti — runs around the periphery. The mint mark, partially legible in the exergue as •ASIS• or variant officina mark, identifies production at Siscia. The reverse field retains the characteristic late Roman flat relief and schematic figural style of the period.
