| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantius II as Caesar facing right, rendered in the youthful Tetrarchic-Constantinian style typical of the Thessalonica mint. The paludamentum is secured at the left shoulder, with detailed folds of the drapery visible beneath the cuirass. The laureate wreath encircles the head with characteristic precision. The obverse legend FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C runs clockwise around the periphery, identifying the subject as Flavius Julius Constantius, Most Noble Caesar. |
