The diadem consists of pearls, with drapery visible over the left shoulder and cuirass detail on the right. A single Greek letter (Δ) appears in the field behind the bust. The encircling legend reads D N CONSTAN-TIVS P F AVG, identifying the emperor by name with his titles Pius Felix Augustus. A beaded border frames the design. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | A Roman soldier, depicted in military dress and advancing to the left, thrusts his spear downward at a fallen horseman who wears a Phrygian helmet and grasps the neck of his horse in a gesture of supplication. This composition is the canonical FEL TEMP REPARATIO fallen horseman type, conveying Roman military supremacy. A control letter appears in the left field, and a dot is present in the centre of the design. The mint signature and officina letter are placed in the exergue. A beaded border surrounds the reverse field. |
