Obverse description Right-facing bust of Emperor Constantius II, adorned with a pearl diadem, draped in imperial paludamentum and clad in cuirass, rendered in the characteristic late Roman style with finely detailed pearl beading along the diadem. The effigy displays the emperor's characteristic clean-shaven visage with an idealized, youthful profile. The encircling Latin legend reads D N CONSTAN-TIVS P F AVG, separated by a beaded border. The truncation of the bust reveals the articulated plates of the cuirass and the folded drapery of the paludamentum beneath.
