| Descripción del anverso | Large laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantius I as Caesar facing right, with a prominent, boldly modelled profile characteristic of the Tetrarchic portrait style. The emperor wears a decorated muscled cuirass with a paludamentum (military cloak) fastened at the right shoulder, rendered in fine relief. The facial features display the strong, square-jawed Tetrarchic physiognomy with a short beard indicated by fine stippling. The encircling legend CONSTANTIVS NOB C runs clockwise around the field, separated from the bust by a dotted inner border. |

| Descripción del reverso | The Genius of the Roman People depicted as a tall, nude male figure standing facing left in the centre of the field, wearing a modius (grain measure) on his head and a chlamys draped over his left shoulder. In his right hand he holds a patera (libation dish) extended forward, and in his raised left hand he holds a cornucopia (horn of plenty), symbolising abundance. The encircling legend GENIO POPV-LI ROMANI runs around the field; the mint mark for Londinium (LON) appears in the exergue. A beaded inner border frames the entire design. |
