| Opschrift voorzijde | CONSTANTI-NVS P F AVG (Translation: Constantinus Pious and Fortunate Emperor) |
| Beschrijving keerzijde | Two helmeted, draped, and cuirassed soldiers stand facing one another in a symmetrical composition, each gripping an inverted spear in the outer hand while resting the inner hand upon a large round shield. Between the two figures rises a single legionary standard, its shaft topped with a wreath finial, serving as the focal point of the design. The static, hieratic arrangement conveys imperial military solidarity and dynastic propaganda. The reverse legend GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS is distributed across the field in two segments flanking the central standard. The exergue contains the mint mark and officina letter identifying the Aquileia mint. |
