| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantine II as Caesar facing left, rendered in the characteristic late Roman imperial style. The legend encircles the effigy along the outer border of the coin. Two obverse varieties are attested: one reading CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C and one reading CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB CAES, differing only in the degree of abbreviation of the Caesar title. The portrait displays the youthful features appropriate to a junior emperor, with the laurel wreath of military and imperial authority prominently rendered. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents the votive legend VOT X inscribed within a laurel wreath, symbolising the completion of ten-year vows (vota decennalia) offered on behalf of the Caesar. The wreath is tied at the base with a decorative knot. The surrounding circular legend CAESARVM NOSTRORVM honours the Caesars of the Constantinian dynasty. The mint mark ٠AQT٠ appears in the exergue, identifying the Aquileia mint and its specific officina. |
