A six-pointed star or asterisk appears in the left field as a decorative or votive symbol. The reverse legend SOLI INVI-CTO COMITI encircles the design, invoking Sol as the divine companion and protector of the emperor. The mint mark in the exergue denotes production at the Siscia mint. |
