Obverse description Laureate head of Constantine I facing right, rendered in a sturdy, late Roman portrait style with bold facial features. The emperor wears a radiate laurel wreath, with hair visible beneath. The legend encircles the portrait along the rim in crisp Latin capitals. The portrait is confidently modelled, consistent with the official workshop style of the Cyzicus mint during the mid-320s.
