Reverse description Sol Invictus, the Unconquered Sun, stands facing left in the field, depicted nude and radiate, his right hand raised presenting a globe and his left hand holding a chlamys draped over his arm along with a whip or sceptre. The figure stands on a low ground line, conveying divine authority as the celestial patron of Constantine. A star appears in the right field as a decorative control mark. The reverse legend COMITI AVGG NN is distributed in two parts across the field, separated by the central figure, with the mint mark PLN visible in the exergue, denoting the Prima officina of the Londinium mint.
