Obverse description Laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantine I facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair ridges and paludamentum fastened at the shoulder. The emperor's effigy displays the characteristic late Constantinian portrait style with a strong, idealized profile. The encircling legend reads CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG, distributed around the periphery of the flan within a beaded border. The drapery over the left shoulder is rendered with careful attention to the folds of the military cloak. The overall die work reflects the accomplished craftsmanship of the Siscia mint in the final year of Constantine's reign.
