| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantine I facing right, rendered with fine detail in the late Constantinian style. The emperor's hair is depicted in tight ridged waves beneath the laurel wreath, with a prominent brow and strong facial features characteristic of official portraits of this reign. The bust is draped and armoured, with the paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The encircling obverse legend reads CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG, distributed around the periphery of the flan. |

| Reverse description | Two helmeted and armoured Roman soldiers stand facing one another in the field, each resting an inner hand on a grounded spear and holding a shield at the outer side. Between them rise two military standards, each surmounted by a medallion and decorated with a series of pellets or roundels along the shaft, a compositional type characteristic of the GLORIA EXERCITVS series. The reverse legend GLOR-IA EXERCITVS is divided by the standards, running left and right across the upper field. The mint mark, incorporating the officina letter, appears in the exergue. |
