The rosette diadem is rendered with characteristic dotted beads and a prominent central jewel, with flowing hair visible beneath. The obverse legend CONSTANTINVS P F AVG runs clockwise around the periphery within a beaded border, identifying the emperor with his title of Pius Felix Augustus. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Two fully armed Roman soldiers stand facing one another, each holding an inverted spear in the outer hand and resting the inner hand on a grounded oval shield. Between them rises a single legionary standard surmounted by a wreath-and-crossbar finial, its shaft decorated with a series of roundels. The reverse legend GLORIA EXERCITVS — Glory of the Army — arcs across the upper field, while the mint mark CONS appears in the exergue, denoting the Constantinople mint. The composition is framed by a beaded border. |
